SAIF ZONE WAREHOUSES

Freezone provides Warehouses of different sizes like 125 sq m, 250 sq m, 400 & 600 sq m. If larger Warehouses are required, it can be obtained by clubbing Warehouses together. As part of promotion going on, annual rent of warehouses has been considerably lowered to suit Client's purse. All warehouses have built in Offices/ Pantry/ Toilets etc. Warehouse rent starts from AED 60,000 per annum onwards. The warehouses are alloted subject to availability.

SAIF ZONE LICENSE RENEWAL / LIQUIDATION

AURION will assist in the Trade License Renewal process by:

  •   Preparing the Trade License Renewal application form provided by SAIF-Zone
  •   Prepare the tenancy contract for office space renewal
  •   Make the required payment for the renewal of trade license and office space,
  •   Submit the required documents to the SAIF Zone for review and approval, and Coordinate the trade license renewal process in SAIF Zone.
  •   Obtain the renewed Trade License and deliver it to the investor.

After every year of company operation, it is mandatory to renew the trade license by paying the required fee for the license and renewing the tenancy contract. Failure to renew the contract will result in fines or license cancellation subsequently. REQUIREMENTS FOR TERMINATION OF COMPANY IN SAIF ZONE
