Investors with Public Investments of at least AED 2 million<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Deposit AED 2 million in an investment fund, or establish a company with AED 2 million capital, or hold a partner share of AED 2 million in a new\/existing company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The investment can be of any form below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A deposit of at least AED 2 million in an investment fund inside the country<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Company Formation in the UAE with a capital of not less than AED 2 million.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Partnering in an existing or a new company with a share value of not less than AED 2 million<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"criteria-for-the-visa-application-processing\">Criteria for the Visa Application Processing<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The amount invested must not be in the form of\nany loans<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The investment should be retained for at least 3\nyears.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There should be financial solvency up to AED 2 million<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Visa can be extended to include business partners, provided each partner contributes to AED 2 million. The Long term visa can also cover spouse, children and one executive director and one advisor of the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To initiate the process of long-term visa and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dubaifreezonecompany.com\/auriondubai\/company-registration-in-dubai.html\">company formation in the UAE<\/a>, the investors can apply for a multiple-entry permit for a 6-month tenure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"2-individuals-with-specialized-talents\">2. Individuals with Specialized Talents<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Specialized talents and researchers in the field of science and knowledge are eligible for long-term visas. Outstanding Students <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Students with a minimum grade of 95 percent in public and private secondary schools. University students within and outside the country having a distinction or a GPA of at least 3.75 upon graduation.
